Day 2 Adventure 2012

Marshall, MO what a place!  John took his mom to look at the assisted living place where she is going to move.  They said it was "real nice."  I stayed in the hotel room all day and watched old episodes of "How I Met Your Mother."  Had a chicken sandwich from Arby's for lunch.  Then we went to Wal Mart and got some bananas then across the parking lot for cheap (bad) Chinese for dinner.  Back to the hotel after a thrilling day and watched "Oh Brother Where Art Thou on AMC.  Whew, need a break after all that!

Day 3 - Adventure 2012

Went over to Glasgow, MO to the German pancake house.  Delicious.  Then ran some errands for Mom.  Then went down to courthouse square for a walk and found "Jim the Wonder Dog" and his memorial park.  That was the highlight of the trip.  Pictures to follow.  We ate Blue Bell ice cream, came home for a nap, then went to Luke's Cafe for dinner.  Tonight we loaded up a bunch of stuff mom gave us prior to her move into assisted living.  Now we're getting ready to pack for home and petting our cats! yay.
